• The values provided above are for reference only, please contact the Booking Office for updated price schedule and booking information.
• 10% Discount on full payment at the time of booking.
• All extra charges to be paid within 180 days from the date of booking.
• All Installments must be deposited before 10th of due month.
• Any discount if awarded at the time of booking will be adjustable in last payments and subject to regular and timely payment according to schedule, otherwise it will be considered null & void.
• Expenses towards ; charges for Registry/Transfer, Electricity, Gas, Water, Sewerage & Standby Generator shall be payable by applicant within 30 days of notice. These charges are not included in the above price.
• The allocation of apartment shall remain provisional until full payment is received by the company.
• The Terms & Conditions given in the application form are the essence of this payment schedule and buyer undertakes to abide by the same"

• Company reserves the right to change the payment schedule without prior notice.
• THESE VALUES ARE PRE LAUNCH RATES ONLY. PLEASE CONTACT BOOKING OFFICE FOR LATEST PAYMENT SCHEDULE.
• Change in terms & conditions, rates etc by the Company shall automatically void the current payment schedule, get an updated payment schedule from the booking office before booking a unit.
